Reporting

Use

If you pay your sub-contractor’s income tax and social security contributions directly to the authorities, you use the Generic Withholding Tax Reporting program to print the payment advice notes, which you are required by law to submit to the tax authority, the social security authority, and the sub-contractor.

Features

The functions to cover the chain liability requirements in the Netherlands include Smart Form /WKANL/WKA_TAX_SOC_VENDOR_2002, which prints out the three payment advice notes. These advice notes contain the following information:

The payment advice note for submission to the social security authority details payments made subject to withholding tax type W1
The payment advice note for submission to the tax authority details payments made subject to withholding tax type W2
The payment advice note for submission to the sub-contractor states the total amount of the partial invoices, together with the amount paid to the sub-contractor
