component can depict personnel appraisals, objective setting agreements, and
business event appraisals, for example.
Structure
An appraisal process is represented in the appraisal catalog on the basis of an appraisal category and an appraisal template created according to the category. You use the appraisal template to create appraisal documents in the application.
