Due to Argentine legislation, information regarding the last issued official document number must be provided to complete a customer's tax declaration obligation. For a chosen period, the report 'Last issued official document number' (J_1AFONR) prints the last used official document number for self-issued official documents. This information is displayed for every combination of document class, branch, and printing character available in the system.

Self-issued official documents must be numbered correctly, that is, official document numbering for Argentina must be customized accordingly in the system. For further information regarding this topic, refer to the corresponding documentation.

You enter the following selection criteria:

• Company code (required)

• Begin of period to be reported (optional)

• End of period to be reported (required)

If you do not enter a start date for the period to be reported, the report runs for all which have been issued until the final date (end of period to be reported). As this could be a time-consuming process, it is recommended that you also enter a date for the begin of the period to be reported.

The report generates a list containing the following information:

• Key fields: document class, branch, and printing character for the relevant document

• Origin of document:

• Corresponding official document number, identified as the last one for the reported period or the message that no document has been found.
