Use

If you use this function in the Organization theme category, you can extend periods in which positions that are assigned to a specific organizational structure or organizational units are unoccupied.

Periods for which positions are unoccupied will be listed as days per position and then added together. The average period per position will also be given.

Note

Note that the scope of this evaluation, that is, the number of organizational units included, depends on which tab page you choose on the right side of the screen. The tab pages determine whether the system includes all subordinate organizational units or only the selected organizational unit (in the case of the Directly Subordinate Employees tab page).
