Check Expiry Dates of Certificates
You run this report to:
· Check whether any of your sub-contractor’s certificates are due to expire in the near future
· Update certificates due to expire or which have already expired
You have maintained your sub-contractor’s certificates in the vendor master data.
From the chain-liability area menu Chain Liability Functionality in the Netherlands, choose Check Expiry Dates of Certificates or use the transaction WKA03.
1. In Vendor Selection group box, you can define the vendors account(s) and/or company code(s) for which the certificates should be checked.
2. In the Account Assignment Selection group box, enter the required information to identify the relevant project, order, and cost center for checking.
3. In the Validity Periods group box, in the Coll.auth. until field, enter the period of time over which you wish to check the expiry dates of your sub-contractor’s certificates.
4. Choose Execute to run the report.
The system generates a list of all vendors and certificates included in your selection, together with their expiry dates.
If you wish to update any of your certificates, double-click on the vendor(s) concerned. The system then takes you to the vendor master data where you can enter new validity dates for the certificates.
