Purpose
This component enables you to run payroll for an employee who has concurrent employment contracts with a single employer. Payroll for concurrent employment is run in accordance with Swiss law.
Implementation Considerations
You need this component if your company has employees with contracts that qualify as concurrent employment.
Integration
The component is a part of Swiss payroll.
During the Hiring personnel action, you can assign a reference personnel number. This causes the reference personnel number to copy certain infotypes (for example, Personal Data infotype 0002). Therefore, the system works on the assumption that the reference personnel number represents a single person with two different positions within the company.
The two personnel numbers assigned to the employee are merged by Reference Personnel Nos infotype 0031 and RefPerNo Priority infotype (0121).
