Use

You can record organizational data for employees in this infotype,

·         who work in company areas where reduced working hours are permissible.

·         to create statistics that are compulsory for enterprises affiliated to ASM or SWISSMEM.

·         to store your own statistics if necessary

Structure

Validity Period

Enter the validity period for the infotype record.

Reduced Working Hours

Enter the company area for which reduced working hours were registered.

Professional Category ASM / Salary Comparison

The entry for the professional category ASM is used for the wage and salary statistics that are created annually in the month of August (up to the year 2003).

The function number entry is used for salary comparison by the SWISSMEM (from 2004)

If your company does not belong to the ASM, you can create your own statistics.

Employee attributes

The employee’s attributes can clearly be defined in Customizing. Accordingly, you can record user-defined data as employee attributes, which can be used for reports for example.

Paying office

You can store the paying office to which each employee is assigned. If the payroll for reduced working hours need to allocated in the company, they can be sorted according to one of the paying offices.

Time targets

The Minimum % and Maximum % time targets can be used to control the piecework rate. These fields are not evaluated in the SAP standard system.
