Entry of Measurement Data 

Purpose

After all the measurements were performed in the various work areas and the analysis results and measurement results are available, you can use this process to transfer the measurement data to your measurement project.

For samples that must be analyzed by an analysis lab first, you have the option of exporting the data for the respective measurement from the SAP system via an interface and of importing it back into measurement management again after the analysis.

Process Flow

The process can, for example, include the following sequence of phases:

       1.      Checking and completing the planning data for the measurements and assigning tasks

       2.      Exporting and importing measurement data

       3.      Entering and editing the analysis results and the measured values

       4.      Editing the status of the measurements, for example, to document mismeasurements or measurements that were not performed or to identify partial measurements

       5.      Combining of partial measurements

       6.      Adding of measurements
