Use

To make it easier to manage questionnaires, you can assign general questionnaires to subject areas.

Procedure

To create a subject area, proceed as follows:

...

       1.      From the Industrial Hygiene and Safety menu, choose Work Areas ® Edit Work Areas.

This takes you to the Edit Work Area: Initial Screen.

       2.      Choose Environment ® Questionnaire ® Edit Questionnaire.

The editing screen for questionnaires appears (Change "Questionnaire" View).

       3.      Choose Edit ® Assign Subject Area.

The Change View “Subject Area of Questionnaire (General)” Overview screen appears.

       4.      Choose New entries.

       5.      Enter a subject area (such as Industrial Hygiene and Safety) and assign a unique key (numbers only). If you do not enter a key here, the system assigns one when you save.

Result

You have created a subject area. The system displays all the subject areas you create in the overview tree of the questionnaire editing screen. The subject areas are classified according to the keys assigned to them.

When you assign a questionnaire to a subject area, the questionnaire is displayed in the overview tree under the respective subject area.
