Definition

The candidate’s communication data with the address numbers of the assigned SAP business partner is stored in this infotype.

Use

In Recruitment, the address numbers of the address and communication data entered by candidates in their profile are stored in this infotype.

Structure

In this infotype, the following data records are stored for the contact data:

●     Communication Channel

●     Address Number

●     Sequence Number

●     Contact Currently Possible (indicator shows whether the candidate can be currently contacted using this communication channel)

Subtypes

The following subtypes are available for this infotype:

●     0001 Postal address

●     0002 Telephone

●     0003 Fax

●     0004 E-mail

These subtypes correspond to the communication typesthat you assign when defining the communication channels(see the Define Communication Channels activity in the Implementation Guide (IMG) for SAP E-Recruiting).

A total of 10 data records can be stored for each subtype.
