Blocking or Un-Blocking a Vehicle 
Using a presentation device, you can block or un-block a damaged vehicle.

You cannot block and un-block unidentified or reserved vehicles via a presentation device.

From the Menu screen, choose Block/Un-Block ® Block. The Select Vehicle to Block/Un-Block screen appears. |
From the Menu screen, choose Block/Un-Block ® Un-Block. The Select Vehicle to Block/Un-Block screen appears. |

Enter/scan one or more of the following details for the vehicle that you wish to block or un-block: · Container ID · License plate number · Standard carrier access code · Forwarding agent |

Choose Next. The Block/Un-Block screen appears, displaying the vehicle’s details. If the search resulted in more than one vehicle, you can scroll between vehicles by choosing the down ( Ú) and up ( Ù) scrolling buttons. |

Scroll to the vehicle (if necessary), enter a reason code and choose Save. The vehicle is blocked for processing. Yard activities cannot be created for the vehicle, and nor can the vehicle be assigned to documents. |
Scroll to the vehicle (if necessary) and choose Save. The previously blocked vehicle is now available for processing. |
