The form DM 10/2 is necessary for declaring the employees' monthly remunerations, as well as for exposing due contributions and amounts for which the reimbursement is requested.

It is an accounting summary which must be filled in by the company i.e. in order to declare credit and debit items to INPS.

In particular:

     debit items for the company which relate to INPS contributions and to withdrawals to pensioner and for other amounts to be paid to INPS.

Example: recovery of unduly paid out services.

     credit items for the company which relate to economic services anticipated to employees on behalf of social security institutions, as well as for possible contribution relieves due to the company itself by law.

Process

The function of a report is the monthly print of form DM 10/2.

On the basis of the information in the settable tables related to the contribution indicators to be displayed and of the corresponding calculation rules, the report reads the information about the remuneration period and supports the following functions:

     Form print

     Form calculation and print

     Form calculation, storage and print

and also allows the user to have secondary functions, which in their turn allow:

     a dynamic control of the carried out selections;

     a consistency check of the customizing tables as concerns the correct positioning of the contribution indicators on the form.

Outcome

Print output of the form and, if explicitly requested by the user, storage of processed information in a transparent table.
