In Spain, a company is required to report its annual operations according to the Real Decreto 2027/1996. The report, form 347, lists all vendors and customers with whom the company had a business volume exceeding EUR 3,005.06.

The report must be submitted in DME format to the Spanish tax authorities.

To create an annual operations report, use report RFUSVS14.
