Test run |
If you set this indicator, the system only performs a test run, and no redemption schedules are deleted. |
|
Display redemption schedules |
If this indicator is set, the display log contains all the selected redemption schedules that were deleted in the update run. This field is set as a default. |
|
Layout |
If you have saved a layout, you can select it in this field. The list is then structured in the way you want from the outset. |
...
...
1. Call up the function and enter selection criteria to ensure that the system only selects the redemption schedules you want to delete.
2. First carry out a test run.
a. Do this by setting the Test Run indicator.
b. Also make sure that the Display Redemption Schedules indicator is set.
c. If you want to use your own display variant, choose the required layout.
d. Execute the report.
The log tells you the number of redemption schedules selected. These are shown in the list.
e. Check the redemption schedules selected.
If these are the correct redemption schedules, you can now start the update run. If the list contains redemption schedules that you do not want to delete, check your selection conditions. When you have corrected the selection conditions, carry out another test run.
3. Deactivate the Test Run indicator and perform the update run.
4. The system deletes the selected redemption schedules.
