You can map another grouping of tasks for your organization (FM area), as well as the functional area, by using the funded program characteristic.

You create funded programs in the Funds Management component (PSM-FM). They can be budgeted, but not assigned to an account directly. The account assignment is always derived from a different account assignment object when posted, for example, from a CO order or a work breakdown structure element.
