Invitation (Infotype 5138) 

Definition

Data for an activity of the Invitation activity category is stored in this infotype.

Use

In Recruitment, data recorded when an activity of the Invitation category is manually or automatically created (workflow) is saved in this infotype.

Correspondence activities that are not connected to an Invitation are stored in the Correspondence infotype (5136).

Structure

In this infotype, the following data is recorded for the Invitation activity:

●      Activity Type

●      Global Key for Activities

●      Activity Status

●      Due Date

●      Type of Related Object (user who created the activity)

●      ID of Related Object (user who created the activity)

●      Note for Activity (points to a text in the document storage for HR objects)

●      Activity Category (Invitation)

●      Completion Date

●      User Name (user who executed the activity)

●      Process (to which the activity is assigned)

●      Subarea of SAP E-Recruiting (Recruitment)

●      Object ID of Talent Group

●      Time Stamp of Last Change

●      Referenced Activity (reference activity in the Qualifying Event activity category)

●      Form (indicates the form used as the template for an invitation)

●      Individual Letter for the activity (points to a text in the document storage for HR objects)

●      Individual letter section for the activity (points to a text in the document storage for HR objects)
