Use
A follow-up action is a document other than a sales activity, for example, a service notification or standard order, which you create with reference to the sales activity. The follow-up action is created using
workflow functions and several standard workflows have been linked to this screen.
You can also define your own workflow for other follow-up actions by making the appropriate settings in Customizing for Sales and Distribution under Basic Functions ®

Prerequisites
You must be in the Create sales activity screen.
Procedure
You can also use the Link objects button to link the sales activity to any other business objects, for example, another sales document, an external document or even an Internet website.
