Procedure documentation Assigning Multiple Land Register Pages to Real Estate Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Use

Use this procedure to assign more than one land register pages to a real estate.

Caution

All the land register pages assigned to a real estate must have the same district court and land register district. They must however have different page numbers.

 

Procedure

...

       1.      Select the This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Land Register button on the Identification tab page in the real estate to which you want to assign another land register page.

       2.      Select the This graphic is explained in the accompanying textPage with quick info text Create land register page to create a new land register page.

A dialog box appears for the land register function.

       3.      Enter the following details:

¡        District court

¡        Land register district

¡        Volume number

¡        Page number for the new page in the land register.

All these parameters together determine the identification key for the land register page. When you specify these details, an internal check is performed to determine the uniqueness of the identification key in Object Management – Real Estate (OMS-RE). You can also choose to assing an existing page to the real estate object.

       4.      The district court and the land register district of the new land register page must be the same for all the land register pages assigned to a real estate.

       5.      Maintain the details for all four sections of the land register.

       7.      Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text to exit the land register.

Caution

The new land register page is saved and assigned to the real estate object only if you save the details of the main real estate object.
