Procedure documentation Rejecting Applicants, Putting Applicants on Hold or ‘In Process’ Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

  1. From the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Human resources ® Personnel Management ® Recruitment ® Applicant Master Data ® Maintain.

    2. The Maintain Applicant Master Data screen appears.

  2. In the Applicant number field, enter the desired number.
  3. Select Vacancy Assignment and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

    4. The Change Vacancy Assignment screen appears.

  4. If the appropriate vacancy is not displayed, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text or This graphic is explained in the accompanying text, to scroll to the data record you require.
  5. You can change the applicant status for the vacancy as follows:

    Enter the following value in the Vacancy field:

    Put an applicant on hold for a vacancy

    Reject an applicant for a vacancy

    Set an applicant to ‘in process’ for a vacancy

Result

You have changed the applicant status of the vacancy.
