Procedure documentation Maintaining Applicant Activities Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

  1. From the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Human resources ® Personnel Management ® Recruitment ® Applicant Activity ® Maintain.

    2. The Maintain Applicant Activities screen appears.

  2. In the Applicant number field, enter the desired number.
  3. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

The Maintain Applicant Activities screen appears.

Note

If an applicant has more than one application, the applications are displayed on the Maintain Applicant Activity screen as a selection option. Select the application you want, from Choose Application and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

Result

The system displays all planned and completed activities for the applicant selected. In this screen, you can create and change applicant activities.
