Creating/Changing/Deleting the Ref.Activity for an App. Activity

Prerequisites

You have already created the two applicant activities between which you want to create a reference.

Note

You can also create a reference when you are creating follow-on activities for an existing applicant activity. See Creating Reference Activities for an Applicant Activity.

To create a reference activity, you must first select the activity in which the data is required.

Procedure

From the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Human resources ® Personnel Management ® Recruitment ® Applicant Activities ® Maintain.

The Maintain Applicant Activities screen appears.

You can create, change, or delete a reference activity for an applicant activity.

In order to:	Proceed as follows:	Result
Create a reference activity	Select the activity that requires the data, and choose Reference. Select the activity that requires the data, and choose RefActivity. Save the reference.	You have assigned a reference activity to an applicant activity.
Change a reference activity	Select the activity whose reference activity you want to change, and choose Reference. Select the activity you want to define as the new reference activity and choose RefActivity. Confirm that you want to change. Choose .	You have assigned another reference activity to the applicant activity.
Delete a reference activity	Select the activity whose reference activity you want to delete, and choose Reference. Choose Reference. Choose .	You have deleted a reference activity.
