Procedure documentation Creating Statistics of Applicant Actions for a Vacancy Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

  1. From the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Human Resources ® Personnel Management ® Recruitment ® Advertising ® Vacancy ® Evaluate.

    2. The Vacancies screen appears.

  2. In the Vacancy field, specify the vacancy whose status in the selection procedure you want to display, and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

    3. The Evaluate Vacancies screen appears.

  3. Select the vacancy you want to evaluate, and choose Edit ® Applicant statistics.

    4. The Applicant Statistics screen appears.

  4. Select the Total status and choose Activity statistics.

    5. A window is now displayed entitled Activity Type, in which you can select the activity types for which you want to display the status of the selection procedure for the vacancy.

  5. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text to select all the activity types displayed, and then choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

The Applicant Statistics screen appears.

Result

The system displays statistics on the applicant activities for the selected vacancy.
