Procedure documentation Changing the Status of an Applicant Activity Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Procedure

  1. From the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Human resources ® Personnel Management ® Recruitment ® Applicant Activities ® Maintain.

    2. The Maintain Applicant Activities screen appears.

  2. Enter the desired applicant number, and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text..

    3. The Maintain Applicant Activities screen appears.

  3. Select the desired activity, and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Planned <-> Completed.

    4. The system displays a dialog window entitled Change mode planned -> completed or Change mode completed -> planned.

  4. Enter data in the Performance field.
  5. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

    6. The Maintain Applicant Activities screen appears.

  6. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

Result

You have changed the status of the applicant activity.
