Procedure documentation Creating/Changing/Deleting Notes for an Applicant Activity Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Prerequisites

You can create or change notes without having to change the activity itself at the same time.

Procedure

  1. From the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Human resources ® Personnel Management ® Recruitment ® Applicant Activities ® Maintain.
  2. The Maintain Applicant Activities screen appears.

  3. Enter the desired applicant number, and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text..
  4. The Maintain Applicant Activities screen appears.

  5. Select the desired activity, and choose Edit ® Maintain notes.
  6. The Change Notes on Activity: <Activity> Language E screen appears.

  7. You can create or change notes.

Create a reference activity

  1. Enter your user notes.
  2. Choose Close and return to SAP Recruitment.

Change a reference activity

  1. Make the changes you want.
  2. Choose Close and return to SAP Recruitment.

  2. This takes you back to the Maintain Applicant Activities screen.

  3. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

Result

You have created or changed notes for an applicant activity.
