Procedure documentation Displaying an Applicant’s Applications Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

  1. From the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Human resources ® Personnel Management ® Recruitment ® Applicant Master Data ® Display.

    2. The Display Applicant Master Data screen appears.

  2. In the Applicant number field, enter the desired number.
  3. Select the Applications infotype and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

The Display Applications screen appears.

Note

If one or more applicants has applied to your company, you can display their applications, by choosing This graphic is explained in the accompanying text, This graphic is explained in the accompanying text or This graphic is explained in the accompanying text from the Display Applications (Infotype 4001) screen.

Result

The applications are displayed.
