Procedure documentation Entering Additional Data on an Applicant Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

  1. From the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Human Resources ® Personnel Management ® Recruitment ® Advertising ® Vacancy ® Evaluate.
  2. The Applicant Actions screen appears.

  3. Enter the applicant number and select Initial entry of basic data.
  4. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.
  5. The Enter Additional Data screen appears.

  6. Assign the desired vacancies to the applicant.
  7. Note

    If you choose Default vacancy for applications that refer to an advertisement, the system proposes the vacancies published in the advertisement.

  8. To enter additional data on an applicant, select Training and Education, Other/previous employees and Qualifications from the tab index.
  9. Note

    The Qualifications tab strip appears, if Recruitment is not integrated. If you are installing Recruitment and Personnel Development, create qualifications, as described in step 6.

  10. To create qualifications:
    1. Choose Maintain qualifications profile.
    2. If you are creating qualifications for an external applicant, the Applicant: Change Profile (<data selection period>) screen appears.

      If you are creating qualifications for an internal applicant, the Applicant: Change Profile (<data selection period>) screen appears.

    3. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.
    4. The Select Qualification screen appears.

    5. Select one or more entries and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.
    6. The Applicant: Change Profile (<data selection period>) screen appears again.

    7. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.
    8. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

    The Enter Additional Data screen appears again.

  11. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

Result

You have entered additional data on the applicant.
