Procedure documentation Entering an Applicant’s Address Abroad Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

An applicant applies to your company. He or she lives in another country. To record the applicant's address abroad, select the Further data field in the Addresses infotype (0006) to access a country-specific entry screen. You can then enter the applicant’s address abroad on this screen.

Procedure

  1. From the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Human resources ® Personnel Management ® Recruitment ® Applicant Master Data ® Initial entry.
  2. The Initial Entry of Basic Data screen appears.

  3. Enter the required data in the group boxes Organizational Assignment, Personal Data, and Applications.
  4. Select the Additional data field in the Personal data/Addresses group box.
  5. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.
  6. The Create Personal Data screen appears. Enter additional personal data for the applicant on this screen.

  7. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.
  8. The Create Addresses screen appears.

  9. Choose Address abroad.
  10. The Choose Country Key screen appears.

  11. Specify the desired country key, and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.
  12. The system displays the desired country-specific data entry screen for the Addresses infotype.

  13. Enter the applicant's address.
  14. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

Result

You have entered the basic data on an external applicant with an address abroad.
