Prerequisites

If you enter basic data on several applicants in succession, the system retains your entries as default values in certain fields. You can set up the system so that these default values are not retained.

Procedure

  1. Enter an applicant’s basic data.

Once you have entered an applicant’s basic data, the Initial Entry of Basic Data screen appears. From here, you can enter data on further applicants. The data you entered for the previous applicant is suggested as default in this screen.
  1. To set up the system so that these default values are not retained, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text from the Initial Entry of Basic Data screen.

Note

If you do not retain these default values, the default values for the name and address of the previous applicant are deleted.

Result

You have entered basic data for several applicants.
