Procedure documentation Creating a Vacancy in Recruitment Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Prerequisites

A position must exist for the vacancy you want to create.

Procedure

  1. From the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Human resources ® Personnel Management ® Recruitment ® Vacancy ® Maintain.

    2. The Vacancies screen appears.

  2. Enter any relevant selection criteria and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

    3. The Maintain Vacancies screen appears.

  3. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

    4. The Create Vacancy screen appears.

  4. Enter your data as required.

    5. Note

    The system calculates the staffing percentage from the percentage approved, the percentage reserved, and the staffing percentage.

  5. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

Result

You have created the desired vacancy in the Recruitment component.
