Definition

The staffing status of a vacancy specifies the extent to which a vacancy is occupied as a percentage value.

Structure

The SAP system determines this status on the basis of the following values:

·        Percentage approved

·        Percentage reserved

·        Staffing percentage

The staffing status can be any of the following:

Value

Staffing Status

Vacant

At least part of the vacancy is not occupied or reserved

Reserved

The vacancy is either

·     completely reserved

·   partially reserved and partly occupied (both figures giving a total of 100%)

Occupied

The vacancy is completely occupied
