Reporting in Personnel Cost Planning and
Simulation 
This function enables you to execute reports for personnel cost planning.
The following reports are available as standard:
· Data Basis Employees
Displays the cost items generated by the system during data collection for employees.
· Data Basis Positions
Displays the cost items generated by the system during data collection for organizational objects for the object type S (position).
· Data Basis Jobs
Displays the cost items generated by the system during data collection for organizational objects for the object type C (job).
· Data Basis Organizational Units
Displays the cost items generated by the system during data collection for organizational objects for the object type O (organizational unit).
· Plan Data
Display the results of a cost planning run. You can also execute this report in Managing Personnel Cost Plans.
· Planned Cost Comparison
Compares two personnel cost plans. You can also execute this report in Managing Personnel Cost Plans.
· Plan Changes
Displays the changes made by line managers or the personnel cost planner during detail planning. You can also execute this report in Managing Personnel Cost Plans.
· Original Documents
Displays one or more original documents. You can also execute this report in Managing Personnel Cost Plans.
This query enables you to execute ad-hoc reports not covered by the standard reports.
To execute detailed reports, use the SAP Business Information Warehouse (SAP BW).
To execute the function from the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Human Resources ® Personnel Management ® Personnel Cost Planning ® Information System.
