You may have to enter a minor injury or an accident event in which an external person or organization is involved. External means that the person or organization does not belong to your company and was therefore not entered in your SAP System in personnel administration or application management. You must then enter the person or organization in the SAP System. To do this you need the Business Partners – Industrial Hygiene and Safety role. In addition to the address data, you can also enter other relevant data such as gender and marital status under the business partner.
