Ranking (Infotype 5142) 

Definition

Data concerning a candidate’s rankings is stored in this infotype. This can be either rankings of the candidate or rankings of a candidacy, that is, the assignment of a candidate to a requisition. The individual records for the infotype correspond to the individual rankings of the candidate.

Use

In Recruitment, rankings are saved in this infotype for a candidate or a candidacy. These rankings are recorded manually by the manager or recruiter, or by the system using automatic rankings.

Structure

In this infotype, the following data is stored for a ranking:

●     Activity Type

●     Global Key for Activities

●     Status of Activity

●     Due Date of the activity

●     Type of Related Object (candidate, candidacy)

●     ID of Related Object

●     Note for Activity (points to a text in the document storage for HR objects)

●     Activity Category

●     Completion Date

●     User Name (user name of person who executed the activity)

●     Process

●     Subarea of E-Recruiting (Recruitment)

●     Object ID of Talent Group

●     Ranking (ranking of candidacy or candidate)

Integration

The rankings for a candidate are stored as an average value in the Candidate Information infotype (5102).

The rankings for a candidacy are stored as an average value in the Candidacy Information infotype (5133).
