Visit and Activity Statuses

Visits and activities are assigned one of the following statuses:

· • Not processed (NP)

· • Successfully processed (SP)

· • Partially processed (PP)

· • Unsuccessfully processed (UP)

· • Rescheduled (RS)

Visit statuses

Visit statuses are used to track the completion of visits. Typically, a sales representative must complete all visits before he can complete his tour. Visit statuses are either set automatically based on the associated activity statuses or the sales representative can set them manually.

The following table shows the stages at which the various visit statuses are set.

Visit is rescheduled. Sales representative enters reason code and reschedules the visit.					X
Visit is not performed. Sales representative enters reason code.				X

Activity Statuses

Activity statuses are used to track the completion of the associated documents. These statuses are set automatically.

The following table summarizes the stages at which the various activity statuses are set.
