Use

If elements (criteria groups and criteria) exist in the appraisal catalog that you do not use in the appraisal template, you can use the Unused Elements function to display these elements in a list.

This allows you to (re)use the listed elements or, if you want to improve system performance, delete any elements that you no longer require.

Procedure

·        Position your cursor on an entry in the catalog structure.

·        In the menu, choose Appraisal Catalog ® Unused Elements.

Result

The system creates a list of all unused elements.
