Display of Plan Values for
Accruals 
This report uses the accrual objects stored in the Accrual Engine to calculate the amounts that have to be posted over a certain period of time. The report allows you to check which accrual values will arise for one or more contracts in a given period.
The Lease Accounting Engine has transferred the leases from mySAP CRM to the Accrual Engine. This data is stored in the Accrual Engine in the form of accrual objects.
The report calculates accrual values and displays them in a list.
In the SAP Easy Access menu, choose:
Accounting ® Financial Accounting ® Lease Accounting ® Information System ® Plan Values for Accruals.

You can use
the
multiple selection function to enter
several single values or value ranges.
You can restrict the output of the report as follows:
Analysis Period
...
1. Enter the start and end dates of the period for which you want to compile a report. The current date is defaulted in the End of Analysis Period field. You can change this date if necessary.

These values are plan values and not posted values. If the analysis period is partly or completely in the future, the plan values are simulated.
Contracts
2. Enter the contract numbers that are to be included in the report.
General Selections
3. Enter the required company code.
Accrual Type
4. Use the input help to choose the required accrual type and accounting principle.
Output Format
5. Choose the desired output format.
6.
Choose
Execute.
If you need to
restrict your selections further, you can do so by choosing
Dynamic selections.
Output
The system displays the plan accrual values for each contract.
If you selected SAP List Viewer or ABAP list as the output format, you can view the line items by double-clicking a line in the list.
