  1. In Customizing for Sales and Distribution, choose Billing ® Billing Documents ® Maintain Copying Control for Billing Documents ® Copying Control: Delivery to Billing Document.
  2. For the combination of billing type and delivery type you want, set the pricing type in every item category to G
