Use

SAP ECC comes with various reports that you can use to prepare the following financial statements:

·        Balance sheet

·        Profit and loss statement

·        Cash flow statement

To access the reports, from the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Accounting ® Financial Accounting ® General Ledger ® Information System ® General Ledger Reports ® Balance Sheet/Profit and Loss Statement/Cash Flow ® Czech Republic ® .

Features

Country Version Czech Republic comes with two reports for the balance sheet. One of them covers assets and the other covers liabilities and stockholder's equity. Two further reports are also provided, one for the profit and loss statement, and one for the cash flow statement.

All of the statements are structured in the format prescribed by law. The balance sheet and the profit and loss statement are based on the financial statement version BACZ, and the cash flow statement is based on the financial statement version RCZ1.

With each of the reports, you can prepare a statement for a single year or prepare a comparative statement.

Output

In all reports, the output list shows a three-level hierarchy of G/L account balances. You can drill down by the following characteristics:

·        G/L account number

·        Business area

·        Company code

·        Period

The balance sheet assets report displays the current year's gross balances, the closing adjustments, and the net (adjusted) balances. It also shows the previous year's net balances.

The other reports show this year's and last year's net balances.

Activities

To display the line items in a given G/L account, position the cursor on it and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text. If you position the cursor on any other item, the system displays all the line items from all the accounts that belong to it.
