Object documentation Person Responsible (Infotype 5131) Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Definition

Data is saved in this infotype specifying which persons are responsible for an E-Recruiting object (for example, requisition, application) and which role in E-Recruiting each of these persons takes, based on the object (for example, recruiter, manager with a position to fill).

Note

A team can be assigned to an object (for example, requisition, application, talent group). Each member of this team is represented by a record in the infotype 5131.

Structure

In this infotype, the following data is stored for an object:

●     Roles in E-Recruiting

●     Type of Related Object (user, organizational unit)

●     ID of Related Object (user)
