Changing the Assignment Status
Use
You use this function to pass on your decisions about filling vacant positions within your area of responsibility to the personnel department. As soon as you change the vacancy assignment status (abbreviation: assignment status) for an applicant, the system automatically informs the personnel department by e-mail.
Prerequisites
On the right side of the screen the system shows you the applicants with an assignment status as follows:
The system does not display applicants with another assignment status (contract offered, to be hired, rejected), since for these applicants the selection process has already been completed.
Features
As line manager, you can use the
Drag & Drop Function in Manager’s Desktop to go to application data and to change the assignment status. The system displays the successful change directly in the Vacancy assignment overview screen. The system removes from the right screen area applicants whose status you change to one of the following statuses:
