Toolbar
The toolbar contains the functions for navigating through the navigation area of the Recipe Workbench.
You have defined layouts in Customizing (see Customizing for Recipe Management, IMG section Workbench, IMG activity Define Layouts).
The following table displays the functions in the toolbar:
Symbol |

All objects that have been opened so far are listed and you can call the required object straight away. |
Next Object |
Calls the next object in the history. |
- Nodes you exited by choosing Back |
All objects that have been opened so far are listed and you can call the required object straight away. |

Uses texts to search for objects or nodes in the navigation area. |
Find Next Entry |

The expand and collapse functions are available for the detail area via the context menu. |
Select Current Object |
Selects the object in the detail area that you have edited in the application area. If this is a stage, for example, the system also selects the recipe it belongs to in the navigation area. |
Personalization |
Saves the current layout settings. |
Outputs the objects in the navigation area. |
The toolbar also contains a dropdown box that allows you to navigate between different objects in Recipe Management.
Using filter functions, you can restrict the current view to a particular node and its subtree. You can use these filter functions more than once.
Every node you open is logged in a history. You can scroll backwards and forwards through the objects you have opened, or choose one directly from the selection list under the forwards and backwards arrows. This list shows the node name as well as the name of the object.
You can also use the personalization function to save the layout and the top node for each object.

You can also use the context menu to call the navigation area function for automatically sorting columns. You can sort the content of a column in ascending order or in descending order in a folder.
