Procedure documentation Printing the Displayed Rule Source Text Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

You can print displayed source text. If you also want to print the source text for a subarea, you must specify this.

Prerequisites

You are in the display function or change function for source text .

Procedure

The type of procedure depends on the type of display.

From the Graphical Display

  1. Use the display functions in the graphical display to give the source text the format that you require.
  2. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

You access the Print Screen List screen.

  1. If necessary, change the settings so they meet your requirements.
  2. Choose Continue.

From the Table Display

  1. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

You access the Print Rule screen. You can see the source text with comments for all subareas belonging to the current rule.
  1. If necessary, choose Edit ® Compressed display.

The source text is moved a few characters to the right.
  1. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

You access the Print Screen List screen.

  1. If necessary, change the settings so they meet your requirements.
  2. Choose Continue.

Result

The source text of the current rule is output to the specified printer.
