Use

This workset gives an overview of the current situation in order fulfillment. This enables an internal sales representative to maintain sales orders and to provide information about the order process.

Using this workset, an internal sales representative has access to the relevant transactions needed in this area. Exceptions are also displayed so that the Internal Sales Representative is able to react and intervene in problematic situations.
