WBS Element Indicators for Construction Progress Report Validity 

Use

You can only create a construction progress report and a remaining plan for a WBS element if the indicator has been set showing it is valid for the construction progress report. They define which WBS element field is flagged as valid for the construction progress report.  You can choose from both indicators for the user fields (indicator 1 and indicator 2) and the customer-specific fields for table PRPS.

Procedure

1.        In Customizing for Project System, select Revenues and Earnings ® Automatic and Periodic Allocations ® Construction Progress Report and Valuation ® Define Validity Indicator in WBS Element for Construction Progress Report.

2.        Define the validity indicator field for the construction progress report for the WBS element.

3.        Save your input.
