Decentralized Confirmation using Microsoft ACCESS 

Use

You can use this function to make decentralized confirmations using Microsoft ACCESS and transfer them to the SAP system.

Integration

When you confirm using Microsoft ACCESS, you use several Project System(PS) functions

Features

You can

·        You can transfer data that were entered in Microsoft ACCESS to the SAP system by using a  Remote Function Call (RFC).

·        Transfer data from the application component Project System (PS) via the information system to Microsoft ACCESS.

As well as confirmation data you can also transfer validation data, for instance work centers, to Microsoft ACCESS.
