With this function, you can confirm activities and activity elements from different networks at the same time.

The screen for collective confirmations comprises of two parts:

• In the upper table you can enter default values such as plant or personnel number; which are valid for every activity in the list.

These default values appear every time you call up the collective confirmation.

• In the lower table you enter the data to be confirmed for the individual activities.

You can select and print columns in the lower table.

The system copies all the data that you have entered in the collective confirmation to the pool of confirmations, which you can then use for further confirmations.
