Prerequisites

In order to determine how suitable a person is, you must first create a qualification for the person in Personnel Development. You have entered a work center for the activity or activity element.

Procedure

  1. Choose the overview for activities or activity elements.
  2. Select an activity or an activity element.
  3. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

    4. The detail screen for the activity appears.

  4. Choose the Qualification tab page.
  5. Enter a requirements profile.
  6. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text to return to the overview.
  7. Save your data.
