In internally processed activities, you plan the required internal service for a project using work. In order to plan the necessary capacity, and in order to calculate the intra-enterprise service costs, you must determine:

• How much work is necessary for carrying out an activity

• With which capacity, for example persons or machines, this work should be done

• Which qualifications are required to carry out the activity

• Which individual capacity or persons are required to carry out the activity
