Procedure documentation Entering Actual Dates Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

  1. Choose Logistics/Accounting ® Project System ® Dates ® Change WBS dates.
  2. Enter the relevant data on the initial screen and then choose Enter.

    3. The work breakdown structure is displayed.

  3. Enter the actual dates in the corresponding fields in the table..
  4. Save your data by choosing Project ® Save.

You can also enter actual dates in the project planning board. Alternatively, if you are on the tab page for basic or forecast dates you can go to the Actual dates tab page.

Note

You can use the Edit menu to call up various functions for maintaining actual dates.
