Procedure documentation Adjusting Plan Values Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Use

You can adjust the plan values for selected commitment items by increasing/decreasing them by a given percentage or amount.

Procedure

  1. In the item overview, select the commitment items whose values you want to adjust.
  2. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

    3. The Change Values dialog box appears.

  3. Enter the percentage or amount by which you want to change the plan value.

    4. If you want to reduce the plan, enter a minus sign ("-") after the figure.

  4. Choose Adjust to change the original amount by a percentage.

    5. Choose Add to change the original amount by a particular amount.

    The system updates the plan values in the annual overview per your input
